Job description

We are looking to bring a hard worker, motivated, fast learner, excellent communicator RECEPTIONIST that can work in a fast-paced environment, AND most importantly interact with kids of all ages on a daily basis!

The person in this position will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:

Maintaining patient records
Scheduling/Answering phone calls
Handling patient payments
Maintaining appearance and order of dental office
Presentation of financial treatment plan options
Other duties as required to support the daily operations of the practice

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
