JOB DESCRIPTION

An individual who is the first point of contact with the clients in the office. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the office budget. Furthermore they are responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and facilitate an organized and efficient work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting visitors.
  • Helping them navigate through an office.
  • Supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
  • Maintain calendars for appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients.
  • Collect mail and distribute it.
  • File important documents and keep them well organized.
  • Process and perform memos, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
  • Make copies.
  • Plan travel arrangements.
