Job Location: 113 W. Drinker St. Dunmore, PA 18512
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Full-time)
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Warmly welcome office guests and direct them to the person or office they are visiting
- Answer phones and triage calls to appropriate personnel
- Send and reply to office emails
- Maintain office supplies, proactively place orders when inventory is low
- Schedule appointments and meetings for employees and coordinate with clients regarding meetings
- Data entry, keep office records up to date
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail / correspondence
- Perform various other clerical tasks including faxing, transcribing and filing
- Customer service driven
- Excellent phone skills
- Computer savvy
- Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritize / manage time effectively
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
