Ventamatic, Ltd is looking for a Supervisor for our Receiving/Warehouse .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming shipments to include scheduling and processing all documentation.

• Oversees incoming receiving activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.

• Determines space requirements for all incoming shipments in warehouses.

• Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair.

• Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.
• Compiles records of unfilled orders.

• May assist workers in shipping and receiving activities.
• Must have Forklift Experience

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and can be loud.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
