A Receiving Supervisor job is available in Sacramento, CA, with Milgard Windows and Doors (MITER Brands™). In this role, you will manage the cycle counting of inventory and variance analysis to ensure accurate inventory. You should have a minimum of three years of material inventory control experience. Logistics experience in a military setting may be transferrable if you possess Lean and Continuous Improvement tools. The compensation range is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00, depending on experience.

Receiving Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the cycle counting of inventory and variance analysis to ensure accurate inventory.
• Supporting the order process to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of materials in the plant.
• Ensuring materials are delivered to each department on time.
• Employee coaching and development
• Continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of material inventory control experience.
• Prior experience in a lead role coaching and developing employees
• APICS certification or Supply Chain Analyst experience could be substituted for the minimum three-year requirement
• Logistics experience in the military may be transferable to this role, particularly if you possess Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.
