Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with- Effectively respond to supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns
- Comply with company policies; all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position
- Responsible for accurate verification of all products received
- Utilize a forklift to move products around
- Review MSDS to ensure product is stored correctly
- Responsible for reconciling delivery tickets with Company worksheets and routing them to Accounts Payable
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse facility on a daily basis
- Deliver items to various departments throughout the company
- Transfer items from one department to another, including to and from the warehouse
- Responsible for storage and access of company records at the warehouse
- Responsible for securing warehouse and protecting company assets
- Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job descriptions where, in the company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk on phone. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 110 pounds. On occasion, the employee will be required to assist in lifting items in excess of 110 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
