About This Position:

The RCM Receivable Follow Up Rep position will provide a range of bookkeeping, clerical, and administrative services in support of the Revenue cycle management department. Ideal candidate will have experience in the use of Electronic Claim Billing/Follow up Software.

What You'll Do:

• Work all denials received to ensure timely follow up, appeals, and rebills
• File claims to secondary payers with primary EOB’s
• Assist with client questions regarding billing.
• Report any trending or payer issues to management.
• Maintain payer websites, stay current on payer policy changes and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provide accurate data entry.
• Maintain adjustment log to report to management and to turn in to cash posting accounts to be adjusted due to being uncollectible

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma
• One year directly related work experience in medical billing and coding
• One year of NextGen experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in Medical Accounts Receivable follow up
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Good communication skills, and flexibility
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
