Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO, Executive Assistant, and current members of the team with day-to-day operational and administrative support. Tasks could include preparing sales presentations, CMA’s, correspondence, copying, booking travel.
  • Work with sellers and buyers to oversee contract transactions from start to closing to ensure smooth and successful sale/purchase. Tasks include handling listing agreements, checklists, disclosures, contracts, and leases.

Serve as a liaison between the real estate agent(s) and all contract associated parties including, but not limited to clients, home inspectors, mortgage broker/company appraisers, attorneys. Ensure all activities are completed and deadlines met. Enter all information onto various software platforms. Manage team’s MLS and CRM. Schedule showings and appointments and coordinate open houses and related support staff

  • Collaborate with the Team’s Director of Communications to manage, post, and organically grow the team's social media presence to drive sales
  • Light reception work may include greeting a new client and answering occasional phone calls

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as an executive assistant, transaction coordinator, or similar role: 1 year (preferred)
  • Excellent technical proficiency, MS Office knowledge including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong phone skills
  • Real Estate experience 1 year (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM software Realvolve (preferred)
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic

Compensation and hours:

The role will be 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
After the 90-day trial period, there will be an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement of virtual and in-person at our office. Compensation is 50k to 60k per year + bonus depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
