Realty Title Company in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA is looking for a full-time Real Estate Closer.

Job Description

The Closer position is responsible for oversight of the real estate closing process, which includes document preparation, file balancing, and disbursing. The Closer oversees the pre-closing and post-closing aspects of the transaction as well.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or attributes:

  • Strong familiarity with real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title opinions
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under time constraints
  • Experience working with real estate closing software (SoftPro preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least three (3) years of real estate closing experience
