Hermann London Realtors is looking to strategically grow our team with a few cool people who will fit in with our culture and core values.

We take a little different approach to real estate than many brokerages do. Instead of focusing on one specific type of real estate and having a one size fits all approach, we work with each of our agents to find the specific path that makes the most sense for them based on their personality, goals, connections, and experience. What we have found is that there are a million ways to build a successful career in real estate, and we are set up to support agents on whichever path makes the most sense for them.

Behind any successful agent, regardless of their niche, is a plethora of well-oiled systems and processes. We are master artists in building systems. If you are a Realtor already, you are likely inundated with technology and promises of leads, but we believe that providing proven processes is the best way to help you find success. Access our well defined, tested, and proven processes for everything from client communication plans, contract to close, weekly action plans, and even down to a badass email to send your client once the contract is accepted.

We find that there are 3 main unique features of Hermann London:

a. We have a smorgasbord of agents all taking their own approach

• This means when you come across a lead or opportunity in a niche you don't have much experience in, there is someone from our company who does, and is willing to help you through it.
• This means we are set up for whichever niche you want to focus on, and you can find your fit immediately. Commercial? Residential? Leasing? Property Management? Short Sales? Investment properties? High end rehabs? We “get it” and will help support you on your way.

b. Freedom to do your business your way

• Some examples are farming an area, working internet leads, making cold calls, sending mailers, working your sphere of influence, working tons of little deals, working a couple of HUGE deals, working only on nights and weekends because you have a full-time job, just buying your own properties to rehab, and wholesaling. We like to help you achieve success however you define it.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
