Position Summary The role of Radiology Technologist with Astia will offer the right person a career opportunity to build something great! Astia is looking for a part time (0.2-0.5 FTE) Radiology Technologist to cover PTO and staffing needs at our Astia clinics. The roles of the RTR will include performing various x-rays in the clinic setting. Other responsibilities are to assist clinical staff with other duties.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Attach all lab, radiology, and specialty consultation reports to the patient’s medical record.
• Other reasonable responsibilities and duties as designated by Astia.
• Phlebotomy preferred skill
• One or more years of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred. Current RTR certification in the State of Wisconsin required.
• An openness and an interest to work intimately and directly with controlled populations of employees and their families.
• The ability and skill to interact socially, build trust, and be viewed as approachable. Think of it like the health care version of Cheers. Here, “everybody knows your name.”
• An individual who doesn’t see problems but opportunities for improvement in themselves, their coworkers and the organization itself. The ability to identify, analyze, and collaborate with others is quickly becoming a lost art and those who have it are highly encouraged to apply.
• A passion for driving positive change and fostering a positive culture of improvement is a plus.

Compensation

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
