As Quality Manager you will create and maintain critical ISO documents including: Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions and other process control information. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement vendor and internal quality metrics.
- Perform / train internal auditing.
- Perform in-process quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to verify instructions are being followed and built to print.
- Help create outgoing inspection instructions for individual assemblies as required.
- Initiate and complete RAs, CAPAs and NCs along with leading team meetings to address these issues.
- Gather customer requested data on components used in manufacturing to comply with REACH, RoHS and other regulatory requirements
- Perform end of production inspections and PPAP documentation
- Adhere to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Display appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings which provides a positive influence on consumer workers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of Quality Management experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookMust have knowledge of UL and IPC Standards as well as experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the documents relating to the job, function or assignment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
- Advanced critical thinking, decision making, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
