3M is seeking an Quality Coordinator for Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is Full-time Day Shift.

Responsibilities:

· Operates manual or semi-auto equipment, performs tasks such as staging, rework, tack weld, pasting, inking, heat sealing, tumbling, loading, unloading, clip assembly, packaging, or use of hand or bench tools at a steady pace

· Cross train and able to perform tasks and inspections as indicated on the Quality Control Responsibility Matrix

· Performs tasks and simple inspection raw material and/or parts produced complying with MOD and specification requirements

· Separates defective parts and report to management

· Follows all department and corporate procedures regarding safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory, etc.

Required:

· Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Desired:

· Minimum two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).

· Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams (Engineering, Plant Engineering, Production, and other functions when required) to help resolve quality issues.

· Strong problem-solving and high organization skills.

· Self-Motivated, detail oriented and independent.

· Performs bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, squatting throughout shift.
