This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt Position

MAJOR PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

Support the customer and lead the production team to achieve quality and no field-revealed-deficiencies or shortages, conduct root cause analysis and continuous process improvements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Customer service and support
• Answer dealer calls and emails and support their needs during installations.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors and Leads to enhance quality in all departments.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine process breakdowns.
• Work with the Quality Supervisor to develop new processes and implement them.
• Lead the operations team to develop and sustain a continuous Improvement mentality.
• Work with the Quality Supervisor to develop new processes and implement them.
• Develop Lean projects and track progress

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• 
  Some office / desk work as well as shop with no air conditioning
• Some exposure to weather outdoors
• Travel required up to % of the time.

EXPEREINCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: (List the minimum requirements for the position.)

• Ability to address customer complaints, prioritize and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Strong knowledge of tools and processes utilized to manufacture company products
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing industry
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role
• Outstanding process improvement skills with an emphasis on communication, coaching and mentoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to read blueprints
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: (List the minimum requirements for the position.)

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
