We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our talented team. The role will focus on planning and executing manual and automated tests including but not limited to exploratory, acceptance, integration, smoke and regression tests while also contributing and building upon our automated tests suite.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test cases
• Support adhoc and exploratory testing requests
• Create clear and concise detail-oriented test plans
• Identify and log defects in the system
• Assist the development and operations teams in debugging and replicating issues
• Write and maintain internal documentation
• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts

Qualifications and Experience

• BS in Computer Sciences or relevant field
  
• 2-3 years experience testing software
  
• Analytical thinker
  
• Ability to work in self-managing atmosphere
• Independent problem solving skills
  
• Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL
• Ability to summarize and discuss testing observations
• Experience/knowledge of JIRA and Scrum methodology a plus
• Experience with testing tools and automation frameworks like Postman, WebDriverIo, LambdaTest, Mocha, Chai and Jenkins
