Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods according to HAT’s specifications
- Compiles data to determine and maintain quality of products
- Perform incoming inspections, assist with First Article inspections, perform in-process inspections, final inspection, and internal audits
- Responsible for tracking and managing non-conforming materials and for containment, problem investigation and root cause analysis
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a quality inspection, auditing, or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Ability to use measurement tools: Calipers, Micrometer, Coating thickness Gages, etc.
- Ability to use Coordinate-Measuring Machines
- Ability to recognize geometric dimensioning and tolerance symbols and inspect parts against them
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to create formulas and manipulate data in Excel and other databases
- Knowledge of Lean Principals – preferred
