Job description
Performs a variety of customer service, clerical, and administrative functions to quality personnel. Manages service vendors for the department.
· Provides a variety of office administrative and staff support functions to quality departments.
· Monitors inventory of quality supplies and purchases replacement supplies as needed.
· Requests quotations from suppliers and vendors and prepares purchase requisitions.
· Administers the quality training program.
· Works independently and/or within a team on special projects.
· Administers quality document and record control programs.
· Assists with quality reporting.
· SAP data entry for quality department.
· Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Strong knowledge of production manufacturing environments. Prior office management experience preferred, strong attention to detail, ability to work without supervision, excellent time management skills, exceptional communication and customer service skills, technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, strong prioritization and organization skills, ability to handle confidential information; strong record keeping skills; ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to speak, read, and write English at the level necessary to perform assigned responsibilities. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels internally and externally. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
