Level I Role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in system analysis, design, or programming and the associated development methodologies
- Prior support center experience would be helpful, for example, as they are accustomed to working with urgency and would have a broad knowledge of how systems work
- Any prior experience with project planning with medium size or medium level complexity projects
- Ability to interact well in a team environment
- Work experience in an Information Systems position or related business position would be nice to have
Top 3 must haves would be:
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide basic troubleshooting, testing competencies
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills via email and phone to articulate and relay complex information in simple terms.
