Job Title:   QA Test Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location:  Nashville, TN

Job Description:

This position will focus primarily on testing. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:  Reviewing various audit reports to identify trends and/or other areas of concern. Identifying and tracks input and processing errors within various systems used by assigned business area. Performing analysis and reporting. Organizing and analyzing errors to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions (i.e. system improvements, triggering errors, mapping errors, human errors, training needs, etc.) Coordinating with business area management to define the scope, deliverables, and controls of projects for new and existing application development technologies and software capabilities. Ensuring new technology capabilities are compatible with the current application software architecture and the current technical architecture. Working with other IS staff to research available technologies to be used for current and future business applications and systems. Developing and maintaining training materials, technical documentation, standards and procedures. Performing system testing of enhancements and ensuring user acceptance testing is completed.

Typical Day
Typical day will work with scrum team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and perform testing of developed code. Log bugs in MS Azure and ensure all user stories for each sprint are delivered on-time with quality.

Education Requirements:  
A 4-year college or university degree in any discipline and a minimum of 4 years exempt experience in information services, contract administration, credit, customer services, collections, marketing, finance, accounting, insurance and/or project planning.

Technical Skills
Experience with MS Azure DevOps and Salesforce platform - specifically Salesforce Experience Cloud. Demonstrated ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions to resolve. Utilize testing methodologies and frameworks to ensure accurate and complete testing for all user stories targeted for sprint cycles.

Soft Skills
Organized, detail oriented, results driven and customer focused. Ability to work well independently and in team settings, communicate effectively, self-starter, creative, confident, intellectually curious, problem solver and positive attitude.
