REMOTE FOR CST Candidates

Role combines elements of a Manual QA Engineer and Test Lead.

Per Client:

• Position will be 70% testing and 30% lead
• Ideally located in Austin, TX but role will have flex to be remote so any CST candidate’s welcome
• Positioned as 6 months but expected to be long term if resource is successful. Resources can extend or be used for future projects.

Responsibilities:

• Test Program Manager role would combine a product knowledge expert that specializes in enterprise-wide testing with best practices for cross functional group collaboration.
• Details on the problem statement, success criteria, tests run with QAE’s, use cases and rubric definition are in the Test Program Manager Role Proposal document.
• This new role is a combination of a Quality Engineer (QAE) and a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
• Will be assigned to a group like Jobs Growth, but would oversee testing and reporting for programs that cross several groups or GMs. Examples of this cross group collaboration would be the All Features for All Jobs (A4A) and One Host which span across multiple T1/T2 SMB areas.
• Will be responsible for overseeing the quality within its own engineering group and would also be responsible for focusing on the other groups that are involved with the project.
• Will take on managerial responsibilities like tracking and communicating, requirements reviews, bug bashes and risk ratings.
• Will be working alongside several development groups, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Technical Development Managers (TDMs)/Engineering Managers and Product Managers from all groups and GMs.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
