The HT Group is now hiring for a QA Lead for one of our clients in North Austin. Candidate must have experience in Manual and Automation with Cypress. This is a Hybrid opportunity and you must be located in Austin TX.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities for the team including sprint tasks planning
- Define and maintain Test Plans, review Test Cases & Scripts
- Create, maintain and report testing metrics to continuously improve product quality and usability
- Provide technical leadership, driving and implementation of best practices
- Communicate across teams to ensure successful delivery of project tasks assigned to QA team
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Quality Assurance experience with at least 2 years in team leadership role
- Experienced with Cypress, Selenuim, Ranorex and Postman
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating testing for functional and nonfunctional testing ins Agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report test results and actionable items
- Ability to guide a team to achieve goals together and to provide mentorship to other team members
