Unlimited Alternatives to Change, LLC is an outpatient behavioral health clinic that is licensed by Department of Health and Hospitals and accredited by CARF. We provide services to individuals ages 4+ in their homes and community. We are currently looking to hire 4-6 individuals from an accredited university wit a degree in COUNSELING, SOCIAL WORK, SOCIOLOGY, PSYCHOLOGY, CRIMINAL JUSTICE OR EDUCATION. These individuals must have a minimal of 1 year of mental/behaviors health experience, be driven and initiative-taking, have a sincere desire to collaborate with individuals with mental/behavioral health challenges and great writing skills.

Day to day activities

• Provide skills training (PSR) to individuals in their homes, school and/or community.
• Assists LMHP in administering therapeutic treatment such as behavior modification and stress management.
• Work with clients on goals identified on their individual treatment plans, such as but not limited to anger management, stress management, depression, independent living skills, etc.
• Links clients and their families with community resources that can benefit them.
• Document clear concise notations using Sharenote EHR system.

Skills Set

· Computer literacy (notes are entered into an EHR system).

· Effective communication skills.

· Ability to be flexible.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
