We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Psychologist or LCSW for the role of Integrated Health Care Clinician.

The Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting which includes internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics and OB/GYN.

The ideal clinician should be a licensed psychologist or LCSW with experience conducting intake assessments and outpatient therapy. Excellent collaboration with physicians and referring providers is a must. Clinicians are expected to work independently while embedded within the healthcare setting. In addition to providing clinical services, clinicians should engage in ongoing communication with referring providers, refer to psychiatry as needed, and participate in weekly peer consultation groups with other SBHNJ healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Must have clean and unrestricted New Jersey license
• Fully licensed psychologist (PsyD, PhD) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• 2 years post graduate experience
• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills and safety awareness are required
