Rogue Psych Consultants seeks Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide consultation and mental health services in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for providers who want to work part-time to full-time with a flexible schedule.

Job Description

• Provide individual therapy, diagnostics and treatment planning.
• Perform risk assessments as indicated.
• Provide caregiver support and family interventions.
• Review and recommend psychotropic medication for symptom management.
• Consult with facility staff regarding diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Consult with other disciplines including physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, RNs, CNAs, Social Services and Providers.
• Provide documentation in facility Electronic Health Records.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon License - PhD, PsyD or LCSW
• Consultation availability for facilities during the work week.
• Experience with or desire to gain experience in geriatric care.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients and staff.

• Providers receive a highly competitive percentage of their insurance reimbursement plus a monthly consultation fee based on the number of facilities served.
• RPC pays for billing services.
• RPC covers credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies with a commitment to provide services for a negotiated period of time.
• No shows and cancelations are a non-issue as there are many residents who would benefit from services.
