About the Position

OpenLoop is looking for a Psychiatrist who will provide clinical evaluation and medication assessment services for younger adults, primarily college students. These patients are from many diverse backgrounds including race, ethnicity, LGBQT+, faith-based, etc. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on the local communities while earning additional income and having a flexible schedule being fully remote.

Responsibilities

- Conduct remote Telepsychiatry outpatient visit - Conduct therapy, medication assessments and intake evaluations for new and existing clients - Develop individual care plans and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of ongoing medication management services - Provide consultation and health education support to patients and families, as well as other clinical care team members, as required

Requirements

- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree or current state licensure as a psychiatrist - Able to practice independently - Must have active IMLC - Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - Two (2) plus years experience working with persons who have various behavioral substance misuse, or other psychiatric symptoms. - Six (6) hours of weekly shift commitment minimum - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with using and learning new technology

Pay & Perks

- $200 per initial session - $125 per follow-up patient session - $50 per no-show session - Flexible hours: set your own schedule - Initial scheduled sessions: 45-60 minutes - Follow-up scheduled sessions: 15-20 minutes (Note: A complex follow-up may take longer at the clinician’s discretion)
