Provider Support Specialist
Our Provider Support Specialists own the initial communication to the Providers on behalf of our patients. You proactively give the provider and patient exceptional service as you gather essential information to direct their experience. In this role, we are looking for people who have the ability to be personable and demonstrate empathy while initiating delicate conversations regarding the patient's personal history.

- Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
- Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
- Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides.
- Communicate directly with participating healthcare Providers regarding patient's care.
- Assist Providers with any other relevant duties as needed.
Minimum Qulaifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
