Our organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our office. This person will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including scheduling, accounting and maintenance. The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a detailed understanding of contract law, and a passion for real estate. Our ideal candidate for the Property Manager position will be able to demonstrate their commitment to accuracy and professionalism in all instances.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings and sketches.
• Set up appointments with contractors, vendors, and the like.
• Communicate with the construction team during the development process.
• Manage construction during its development phase.
• Oversee the project and ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Read scale drawings to determine details about a property or a house;.
• Lead meetings with staff, contractors, inspectors, vendors, etc. about a house or property.
• Write or verbally communicate details about a house or property.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
