ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROPERTY MANAGER, GATHER

Including, but not limited to:

• Identify and sign new property homeowners/investors (grow your market and business)
• Oversee and manage the physical maintenance and upgrades of your portfolio
• Manage and exceed the expectations of Owners and Guests
• Be the POC for guests from check-in to check-out
• Connect with and grow real estate agent relationships
• Be your guests’ community “ambassador” (knowledge of local activities and landmarks)
• Utilize the technology stack for business development and communications with your team

COMPENSATION

We provide unlimited earning potential – no cap. Own your market!

We offer an attractive high revenue split, and your Gather team will take care of your back-office needs/requirements (see above services), so you can focus on your owners' success and the growth of your business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
