Our team is looking to grow and is currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a Residential Property Management Company to ensure productive and streamlined processes while growing our organization.

The ideal candidate would be responsible to assist in the daily operations within the Maintenance Division between tenant relations, in-house maintenance, outside vendors and Property Owners while ensuring work is completed timely.

The position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and is inclusive but not limited to the following job duties.

The position calls for working closely with other team members, staff, outside vendors, property owners, and tenants. The position is responsible for receiving work order requests, processing said request, while regularly interacting both verbally and in writing with tenants, Property owners and outside vendors.

Necessary Job Functions: -To provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling, approving, and ensuring work is completed timely and followed up with. – Candidate will provide top-level quality of customer service. –File Claims with Home Warranty Companies, schedule and provide compliance for all housing inspections, Organize, and maintain proper records of insurance certificate files for all contractors/vendors performing work. Ideal Candidate will work independently and as part of a team. -

Requirements and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent certification required. – 2 years Property Management Experience- Customer Service skills with attention to detail., focus, follow direction and listen and communicate effectively. Candidate will have the skills to work within a challenging and at time stressful situations while remaining calm. - Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge or excel, word, outlook, experience with Property Management Software; Appfolio a plus. Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and set priorities. - Consistently projects professionalism in always representing Property Management. - - Bilingual Spanish a Plus

Responsibilities: - Ensure work orders, code enforcement, home warranty, Housing Authority compliance are handled in a timely manner and completed to management standards- Will work with tenants, vendors, and property owners to schedule repairs - Assist in general office needs - Schedule Maintenance Technicians

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
