We are looking for a Project/Program Manger to help us implement new email template designs. Our design team is coming up with requirements bringing the designs into compliance with amazon branding as well as adding features such as dark-mode support. We are looking for a contractor who can translate these designs into our email template language Handlebars. The Project/Program Manger will need solid HTML and CSS skills and the ideal candidate would have experience building email templates in the past as there are a number of unique tricks needed to build templates that display correctly across email platforms and devices.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing with executing highly visible online customer experiences
• Advanced knowledge with HTML and/or XML, plus the ability to learn our in-house e-mail/audience segmentation tools quickly
• Proven ability to build e-mail campaign templates from scratch
• 6+ years’ experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email marketing campaigns (including automated flows) from concept to completion; including testing, sending, and reporting for an established brand
• 6+ years’ experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
• Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
• Ability to work East Coast hours is preferred
