- To successfully manage and deliver complex/multiple programs or sub-project work streams within a business change program or contract mobilization/transition program.
- Coordinate project activities across various FM workstreams; lead and plan programs, liaise with all stakeholders regularly, and manage inputs across a team of colleagues and other 3rd parties/contractors where required.
- To support the Transition Architect in developing and delivering program scope and plans throughout the full lifecycle of the program (including Design, Implementation, Testing, and Handover to steady-state operations).
- To provide direction and ownership of the program/project plan, including project governance, and ensure stakeholders and business teams are prepared and ready to accept the deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of the program/project lifecycle to meet the time, quality, cost, and risk requirements /constraints.
- To manage the interdependencies, risks, and issues of the program/project daily.
- Provide a conduit between the client team and ISS SMEs, the Operations team, and Business Development where required.
- To provide an overview, governance & control, where appropriate, regarding the agreed operational / project budget.
- To offer a constant source of guidance and information to the Transition Architect to support the delivery of the commitments given to the client at program/project initiation.
- Define and implement programs/project plans based on the client's and ISS's requirements to deliver against the strategic and tactical objectives for the mobilization/transition.
- Operate to standardized Transition Framework processes, utilizing and improving on plans & tools to ensure the program/project delivers a ‘seamless transition’ through to ‘steady-state’ on the contract.
- Define, contribute to, and provide all required escalations as part of the applied governance model.
- Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure the change plan meets current and future business requirements.
- Identify dependencies and complexities relating to other workstreams, coordinating to support resolution and alignment.
- Manage the delivery of day-to-day Workstream activities following the program activity plan.
- Report and communicate program/project overall status, progress, risks, and issues.
- Highlight any issues or risks that may impact the project's successful delivery, ensuring business continuity during the transition.
- Maintain all program/project documentation and coordinate the collation of relevant workstream documentation to support and evidence the delivery of the program/project.
- Carry out the readiness review process, including regular assessment of priorities, and manage the successful closure of the program/project, ensuring that all lessons learned are captured.
- Successfully complete the program/project deliverables within agreed timescales, client needs, costs, and quality parameters, according to success criteria set out within the Program / Project Strategy or Terms of Reference.
- Proactively manage and contain risks and issues affecting program delivery, ensuring business and service continuity throughout.
- Demonstrate clear and positive team-working and effectively engage with organizational stakeholders.
- Quality assurance and overall integrity of the program.
- A minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience with exposure to the Retail Banking/Finance industry.
- Proven Program Management and Change Management skills.
- Experienced in using project planning tools such as MS Project.
- Exceptional consultation, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering one or more business change/transition programs.
- A minimum of 5 years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
- Sound knowledge in contract/service mobilization and service delivery in FM Operations.
- Ability to think strategically and understand the program's wider picture impact and benefit.
- Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning.
- Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Demonstrable change management skills, including client and vendor engagement.
- Appropriate professional accreditation in project management methods.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good at data analysis, with strong attention to detail when required.
- Willingness to learn new change methodology and tools and drive forward change.
- Facilitating teams to achieve defined outcomes – particularly within the workshop environment.
- Experience in working within matrix organizations/project teams.
- Program Management experience gained in a complex organizational environment.
