Our company is looking for an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and have hands-on experience with estimating project costs. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing organization, with opportunities for advancement in addition to a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bid documents and presentations.
• Calculate labor costs from blueprints and specifications.
• Prepare base bid pricing from engineering estimates.
• Prepare various bid submittal packages to include drawn plans, cost estimates, schedules, and other information required for bid submission.
• Prepare contract cost projections and perform analyses of excess & surplus labor costs.
• Prepare change order estimates for proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,179.00 - $100,000.00 per year
