Job Description
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include working alongside the Client Success Manager and Campaign Managers by coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects. The successful candidate will work directly with the internal campaign team and the client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other
departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Responsibilities

Build out, communicate & manage internal/external project timeline using Project Management
- Templates and Platforms
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Assist in day-to-day client communications
- Helps to QA creative assets against creative brief
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedules and work plans
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications*
Requirements: *
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to disseminate information across internal and external teams
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable with handling deadlines and last minute request
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proven experience creating and working with project management templates in google sheets, excel, and other various platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of project management and related experience
- Agency Experience Preferred
- Background in digital performance marketing preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification appreciated but not required
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to remain calm and collected in hectic situations, yet assertive when needed
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
