In a typical day, the manager can expect to do the following:

• Plan and implement projects
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Manage budget
• Allocate project resources
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Lead quality assurance
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders' and report on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Qualifications

• Top candidates will have bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering along with 5 years' experience in project management.
• Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• The manager must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
