The Position:
We are currently hiring for a Project Manager at our Cedar Falls location. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, self-motivated, and able to maintain a positive image of one s self and of the Company. In this role, the candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with current or prospective clients. Candidate must work closely with field supervisors, to manage and monitor progress of construction projects. Candidate must also actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc. s safety policies, and provide a working example to employees.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to develop and manage project budgets
- The ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work alongside field employees to build relationships and gain
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline preferred
- Current State of Iowa Journeyman License or willingness to obtain
- Electrical Trade experience, or
- Equivalent education/experience
- A valid driver s license with ability to meet company driving standards
