HERE’S THE RUNDOWN:

Greatness Media is hiring a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing all projects. You will manage all aspects of project support, processes, expectations and quality from beginning through delivery. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, along with effective communication. The ideal candidate is task oriented, solution driven and extremely detailed and meticulous. Bonus points if you are a great listener and enjoy connecting with people! This is a stellar opportunity to create structure with our quickly growing team and business. The salary range for this position is $75k-$90k USD annually.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Working with all teams by documenting and managing processes and deadlines
• Breaking projects into detailed actions and set timeframes
• Identifying and defining project requirements, scope and objectives
• Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management
• Identifying project roadblocks and engaging support where needed to alleviate challenges
• Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
• Collaborating with Greatness teams by acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Attending a large volume of regularly scheduled weekly meetings
• And other duties as assigned

YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Hands-on experience with workflow or project management software
• Thrives in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects with high bandwidth demands
• Experience with a remote, start up and/or small team is ideal
• Exemplary attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Task oriented and solution driven; comfortable navigating complex situations
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Naturally inquisitive, analytical and growth minded
• Must be available to participate on video calls at least 5 hours each workday, between 12pm-6pm ET

THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH:

• The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. You will work closely with all of the Greatness Media teams.

WHEN THE GREATNESS HAPPENS:

• The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM with occasional weekend work.
