Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of multiple projects. All project managers will be in charge of all properties assigned to them. They will hire sub contractors to finish the projects on time and on budget and as per the approved plans. The will mostly be dealing with respective cities for permitting process . They will work with respective Architects and engineers for the design process and any changes required by business operations .
- Developing project scopes and estimating the costs and making budgets .
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Apply for permits with cities or respective jurisdictions and work with corporate office.
- Work with business operation team to insure that the construction is done as per the business needs and adjust and work with back office and engineers to make sure that the changes are done as per business needs
- Make sure any change order is approved by relevant person before executing any change order.
- All construction is done as per the city approved plans only.
- Ensure safety of work environment as pr code and secure each project against vandalism and break-ins. Work with home office to insure tat
- Willingness to communicate all aspects of each project . and update on Construction Management software
- Maintain weekly updates with CEO on assigned projects.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 5-6 years in construction field
- At least 2-5 years of project Manager experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location and going to multiple locations to check and supervise
