POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting Sales on deploying security upgrades and solutions within our customer base within Hospitality. Own strategical projects from an end2end perspective and other business initiatives that would enable revenue opportunities.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ensures all projects are delivered on time and ensures a best-in-class customer experience
• Oversees the day-to-day activities on current, future and strategical customer projects from a Hardware/Software perspective
• Monitors and tracks project progress
• Manages relationship between customer, stakeholders and key accounts
• Creates and maintains a comprehensive project documentation on all customer facing projects
• Works closes with Customer Support, Installation, Operations and other internal teams to be the customer voice and improves project experiences
• Leads strategical projects, pilots and other project needs with our product or software solutions
• Develops, coachs and mentors project team

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree in business administration, or experience in related field. Project management degree preferred
• 6 years of experience in customer service, B2B and 4 years in Project Management/ Coordination
• Previous leadership/management experience
• Salesforce & SAP Experience
