As a practitioner, you will help achieve our client’s goals by proactively organizing, planning and executing projects within scope and budget, while communicating with confidence, empathy, and decisiveness. A belief that understanding people can better guide business priorities and strategies What your day-to-day will look like: ? Manage all aspects of project development for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and project types ? Lead cross-functional teams across Idea Couture and Cognizant (strategy, insights, design, technology) as well as the client organization through all phases of project development, providing effective team direction and guidance ? Own project kick off meetings, internal standup meetings, update project status reports, share detailed meeting notes and direction to team members ? Schedule and manage all resources required for the project and ensure timely integration, productivity, and efficient use of resources ? Partner with assigned Engagement Lead on development of statements of work, change orders, development of project charters, client communications and overall project delivery ? Coordinate and communicate across teams within the organization, as well as with outside vendors and other 3rd party partners regarding project deliverables ? Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope ? Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget ? Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects ? Main contact for client and internal communications regarding project deliverables, status, financial status ? Support business development activities including facilitating multi-discipline pricing exercises, developing project timelines and coordinating proposal deck development ? Planning and orchestrating client related travel, supporting activities for in person meetings and workshops What you’ll need: ? Demonstrated project leadership and experience managing complex digital projects ? Strong customer relationship management and customer-focused mindset ? Ability to facilitate a solutions-oriented approach to managing projects ? Expert understanding of cross-functional resources and building effective teams ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interface with internal team and external clients ? Must have excellent motivational drive, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment ? Must be self-motivated and adaptable to change ? Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude ? Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks ? Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team ? BS/BA degree required ? 6-8 years of digital project management experience required ? Understanding of human-centered design, user experience, creative development process ? Practical experience utilizing MS Project, MS Teams and MS Office Suite required ? Note: Currently travel is not a requirement; would expect up to 25% as business requirements change What’s in it for you? ?
