Avenues Recovery of Prince Frederick, MD is seeking to hire a Project Manager!

Avenues Recovery Center located between Waldorf and Annapolis, MD is a unique community-based residential treatment facility that's truly customized to the needs and unique circumstances of each individual. With our team of skilled medical and clinical professionals, Avenues Recovery offers first class treatment and recovery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant parties
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time & within scope
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Managing the relationships with all staff
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed

Required Education:

Graduation from High School or GED/Bachelor's Degree

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Required Experience:

A minimum of 1-year experience in the recovery/treatment industry preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Current and valid state issued Driver License

Valid CPR certification and First Aid
