The Project Manager Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager and provide direct operational support.
- Input new projects and service orders into CRM
- Scheduling site surveys
- Follow up with various townships on permit approvals
- Daily phone calls to customers with next-day appointment confirmations
- Maintain effective professional communication with customer throughout permitting and installation process
- Support and assist Project Manager in seeking a timely and appropriate resolution to all customer/vendor/partner concerns
- Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
