Your new position as a Project Lead is based in Dallas, Texas and your responsibilities would include helping our Partner establish the Dallas office. You will manage project teams to work with your client to influence work culture, design business operating models and processes and new ways of working to ensure clients can be successful navigating the pace of market change. You will lead teams to solve business problems using agile ways of working to reach client outcomes within budget and on time. The base compensation for this role is $195,000 USD (+ annual discretionary bonus).

In this role you will demonstrate your:

  • Experience in Agile and/or Management consulting
  • Proposal writing skills for business development
  • Consulting mindset, including structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
  • Problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest and passion for coaching
  • People-oriented approach to work to influence outcomes
  • Curiosity for a range of industries and customer centric approach to deliver business value
  • Expertise in specific industries or business functions
  • Industry knowledge or specific capability to engage current clients

As a Project Lead you will:

  • Own your workplan and storyline while coaching and developing your team
  • Lead projects with multiple team members, occasionally globally dispersed
  • Coach client teams in a wide range of situations across industries and functions
  • Facilitate and train in a practical and engaging way to Senior Executives, Management Teams and Agile Teams
