POSITION SUMMARY: Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Coordination Manager and Project Coordinators in gathering order logistics, resources, and information regarding upcoming and ongoing projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like logistics and scheduling along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and data entry. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and other various documentation.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in various meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important action items from meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine project changes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with project coordination and/or similar role.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while overseeing various aspects of assigned projects.

Computer Skills:

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Proficient in computer software applications - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in NetSuite (Preferred).
