About The Opportunity

Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS)—the leading non-profit organization connecting individuals from under-serviced communities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will assist in providing oversight of multiple projects at a given time. This role will perform coordinating/management tasks including project schedule management, risk management, along with administrative duties including updating project plans/KPI and other documentation. The projects supported by this role will involve cross-functional teams that include sales, IT, marketing, and operations.

Candidate Profile:

• BS in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or related field preferred
• 5 years' experience in project support
• Available to work full-time

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside leadership to develop and maintain project plans
• Supporting the Growth Team through CRM administrative duties including report generation, data maintenance, and CRM vendor management
• Manage project timelines
• Monitoring project progress
• Reporting on project results
• Tracking and rolling up reporting of KPIs for strategic initiatives
• Working with members of different business units on projects
• Conducting progress update meetings with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in project support
• Task-oriented with solid organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of project manager software (eg. Asana or MS Project)
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• A basic understanding of project management methodology
• BS in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or related field preferred

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Salary:

• $25.00-$33.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
