• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite

• Fluent Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Previous solar industry experience and/or knowledge preferred

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional support to Project Managers & Project Coordinators
• Answering incoming phone calls and routing calls
• Customer service
• Effective solar installation pipeline management
• Home Installation Agreement processing and change orders
• Loan Agreement processing and change orders
• Maintain database up to date
• Support Project Management and Operations staff in other capacities as needed
• Sales support
• Auditing new jobs - previous exp is a huge plus
• Submitting NTP - previous exp is a huge plus
• Submitting for PTO - previous exp is a huge plus
• NEM Application submittal - previous exp is a huge plus
• Scheduling - previous exp is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
