Technical experience: Make sure all subcontracts are satisfied working with us and have proper support from project coordinators. Provide field resources support on daily basis including weekends if it’s needed Keep all the time the crews busy Coordination and control project development from the beginning stage through full completion in accordance with program goals. Control all schedules, budget, scope development, documents, procedures for assigned projects. Update the construction project database. Management of multiple projects from engineering through construction according to project planning Manage project planning routinely to make sure that projects face minimal limitations that impact company performance Understand markets needs. Status reporting, escalation, and problem-solving Understand crews' needs Give timely feedback to the Lead Project Coordinator if there are not enough markets /jobs in certain areas or certain types of services. Help him/her to understand what’s going on. Ensure that crews execute their production plans. Control them and motivate them on a daily basis Maintain project budget Look for opportunities to automate processes and keep the business cost-optimized. Attend daily and weekly meetings with the client and project team. Coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling, and resource planning activities to drive cost-efficient work processes. Identify and manage all project risks, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction. Demonstrated strong communications with internal and external teams. Put the crew and the site on the agreed schedule. Make sure to follow company’s and clients’ procedures, checklists, instructions Assign the crew that passed on-boarding Understand installation guidelines. Standards of procedures (SOP), and methods of procedures (MOP)

Coordinator’s duties in regards to the Lead PC: Plan the operations of the division according to the goals and quotas set by the direct manager. Provide the report of how many projects have been completed and approved by the customer during the week/day Provide a report of how many projects have been put on hold during the week/day Provide a report of how many sites were scheduled for construction for the next week/day Give proposals to improve organizing company operations and submit according to the command lines.
