The Position
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Pasco team. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to clearly communicate requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Follow up with clientele based on project milestones as well as during installation process to ensure the customer is satisfied and to promote repeat business.
- Maintain procurement deliverable tracker to understand current and future job status in real-time.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Utilize company software to monitor craft working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly and concisely articulate and receive direction whether verbal, written, or visual.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Previous experience working in a construction office environment is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
