Job description
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, including client contacts, project team members, and client vendors using collaborative approach
- Collaborate and take on tasks from Senior Consultants/Business Analysts in our Medicaid Practice Group
- Perform a wide variety of analytical tasks with the continuous improvement of processes, personnel, organization, system, or training as assigned
- Perform operational research using standard tools to make recommendations to stakeholders, project leadership, and clients
- Research information requested by project team and assist with specific tasks or activities and reports as needed.
- Analyze, review, and maintain vendor and/or client-supplied documentation including preparing and/or editing meeting agendas and minutes, status reports, executive briefings, presentations, and tables
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and/or discussing project-related deliverables and maintaining the deliverables and other project documentation in an online project repository
- Organize, plan, and schedule project meetings collaborating with the project leadership and other stakeholders
- Create Agenda, take meeting notes and record action items, decisions, and risks
- Assistance in the development, review, distribution, and presentation of project status reports
- Identify, document, and escalate contractual obligations that are either at risk or being overlooked
- Assist with onboarding new staff to the project following the Client defined processes
- Frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, team members, vendor, and project manager
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, political science, or related field
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in developing and applying analytic methodologies in a professional work setting
- Experience with taking meeting notes.
- Experience scheduling meetings and distributing artifacts using Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledgeable in quality assurance/control procedures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytics, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong time management skills for balancing multiple assignments and achieving quality results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a strong client service attitude
