OVERVIEW

Milner Technologies is seeking a Project/Conversion Manager with 2+ years of experience in client relations with strong organization skills and a positive attitude. Must be able to operate successfully in a stressful, fast-paced, dead-line oriented, “no-errors” environment. Experience in document imaging/management solutions and production document scanning operations a plus, but not required.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Work with clients to understand project scope
• Communicate the client's vision to the project team
• Manage and maintain project plans from scheduling to completion
• Daily management of the production environment and client communication
• Tech savvy enough to be a strong liaison between the client, technical teams, and sales team
• Train client staff on use and management of implemented system
• Ability to perform at a high level of effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, attentive to details, able to multi-task
• Must be a strategic thinker in combination with ‘hands-on’ mentality and skills and a strong instinct to drive innovation and creativity
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically and efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations
• Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds
• Some physical effort is required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Understanding of project management tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a small team environment
• Experience in the handling highly secure or sensitive materials & information
• May require future extended travel to client locations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Two to five years experience as a member of a project team or project leader
• 2+ years hands-on, job duty related experience with computers, including hardware and software
• Production mailroom or document scanning operation a plus
• An Associate Degree or equivalent experience
