What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will develop the project schedule, earned value, and cost structure
  • Schedule and progress planning and continuously monitoring of the project performance is part of your role, as well as close coordination of scheduling and progress planning with discipline leads
  • Also, you will schedule and cost forecast with deviation analysis for the early detection of project risks
  • Communicate and cooperate with the project management as well as with technical and commercial departments, partners, and clients
  • You will create project reports towards clients on the project situation and project forecasts
    In addition, you will support cost and schedule estimating, planning and control through all phases of assigned projects from the proposal to the close-out
  • Contribute to and prepare earned value analysis for engineering, fabrication, and construction. Also, administer change control processes projects
  • Additionally, you will identify potential and critical issues and participate in the generation of recovery plans
  • Participate in progress meetings and contribute to monthly portfolio reporting
  • You are in charge to create effective presentations/reports to internal stakeholders and external customers

What makes you great

  • You have a BS/MS in Engineering, Finance, Business, or similar with a minimum of 1 to 10 years’ experience
  • Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred), experience in project management, and project planning systems
  • Also, you possess strong English skills (spoken and written) are required, as well as very good knowledge in SAP, MS Office, MS Project
  • You must be a team worker, but also able to work independently
  • In addition, you have assertiveness and strong willingness to take responsibility
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time to support project/departmental tasks
